संसद का बजट सत्र बर्बाद होने के खिलाफ बीजेपी सांसदों के एक दिन के उपवास के लिए पार्टी ने कड़े नियम तय किए हैं. बीजेपी का आरोप है कि विपक्ष के चलते संसद का बजट सत्र पूरी बर्बाद हो गया. बीजेपी के वरिष्ठ नेताओं ने अपने पार्टी नेताओं को सार्वजनिक जगहों पर खाने से बचने या खाते हुए कैमरे की जद में आने से बचने की सलाह दी है.

कांग्रेस ने भी रखा था उपवास
हाल ही में कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष राहुल गांधी की अगुवाई में कांग्रेस पार्टी ने देशभर में उपवास रखा था. कांग्रेस का ये उपवास मोदी सरकार के राज में दलितों के खिलाफ हो रहे अत्याचार को लेकर था. लेकिन इस उपवास में भी काफी विवाद हुआ. पहले सिख दंगों के आरोपी नेता जगदीश टाइटलर और सज्जन कुमार दिल्ली में उपवास वाले पंडाल पहुंचे तो बाद में दिल्ली कांग्रेस के नेताओं की छोले-भटूरे खाती हुई तस्वीर ने बवाल कर दिया.

इस संबंध में 8 अप्रैल को बसपा सुप्रीमो मायावती ने प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस कर बीजेपी पर दलितों को फंसाने का आरोप लगाया था. उन्होंने कहा था कि बीएसपी की सरकार आने पर ऐसे केस वापस किए जाएंगे. वहीं, दूसरी तरफ बीजेपी सांसद उदित राज ने भी माना है कि 2 अप्रैल की घटना के बाद दलितों के खिलाफ अत्याचार बढ़ा है. उन्होंने पुलिस की कार्रवाई पर भी सवाल उठाए थे.

जयपुर : काला हिरण शिकार मामले में जोधपुर की सत्र अदालत में सलमान खान की जमानत अर्जी पर सुनवाई शुरू हो गई है. अर्जी पर सुनवाई के लिए सलमान के वकील हस्‍तीमल सारस्‍वत और उनकी बहनें अलविरा और अर्पिता कोर्ट पहुंच गईं थीं. जोधपुर सेशंस कोर्ट में सलमान का केस 24वें नंबर पर लिस्टिड था. सलमान की सजा रोकने को लेकर बचाव पक्ष दलीलें दे रहे हैं. वहीं, अभियोजन पक्ष की तरफ से सलमान की जमानत अर्जी का विरोध किया गया.

क्या कहता है नियम
सीआरपीसी के नियम के मुताबिक किसी भी दोषी को अगर तीन साल से अधिक की सजा दी जाती है तो सिर्फ सेशंस कोर्ट ही उसे जमानत दे सकता है. सेशंस कोर्ट में जमानत के आवेदन के दौरान जजमेंट की कॉपी लगानी होती है. गुरुवार को फैसले के बाद सलमान खान के वकीलों के पास इतना समय नहीं था कि वह कॉपी लेकर सब्मिट कर पाते, लिहाजा कोर्ट ने जमानत याचिका पर सुनवाई के लिए शुक्रवार को दिन मुकर्रर किया था. बता दें कि अगर शुक्रवार को सलमान खान की जमानत याचिका पर फैसला नहीं आता है तो उन्हें जेल में ही रहना पड़ेगा. यदि सेशंस कोर्ट आज सलमान की जमानत याचिका खारिज करता है तो सलमान खान हाईकोर्ट में अपील कर सकते हैं.

सलमान खान के छलके थे आंसू
गुरुवार को जोधपुर कोर्ट का फैसला आने के बाद कोर्ट रुम के अंदर सलमान खान भावुक हो गए थे और उनकी आंखों में आंसू गए थे. कोर्ट रुम में मौजूद सलमान के साथ बैठीं उनकी बहन अलवीरा ने सलमान को चश्मा पहनाया था. इस दौरान सलमान के साथ-साथ उनकी बहनें अलवीरा और अर्पिता भी रो पड़ीं. रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक सलमान खान को बहन अलवीरा ने एंटी डिप्रेशन की दवा दी थी.



सैफ अली खान, तब्बू, नीलम, सोनाली बेंद्रे को मिली जमानत
काला हिरण शिकार मामले में सलमान खान, सैफ अली खान, तब्बू, नीलम, सोनाली बेंद्रे और जोधपुर निवासी दुष्यंत सिंह पर आरोप लगा था. इस स्टार्स ने 1 और 2 अक्टूबर 1998 को जोधपुर में देर रात लूणी थाना इलाके के कांकाणी गांव में दो काले हिरणों का शिकार किया था. मामले में पेश किए गए गवाहों ने कोर्ट को बताया था कि सलमान खान ने हिरणों का शिकार किया तो उस समय ये सभी आरोपी जिप्सी गाड़ी में सवार थे. मामले पर फैसला सुनाते हुए कोर्ट ने कहा था कि इस बात का पुख्ता सुबूत नहीं है कि सैफ अली खान, तब्बू, नीलम, सोनाली बेंद्रे ने काले हिरण का शिकार किया था, इसलिए उन्हें जमानत दी जाती है.

25 वर्षीय एक महिला ने पलकार पर शादी का वादा कर उसके साथ नवंबर 2013 में पहली बार उससे शारीरिक संबंध बनाने का आरोप लगाया था. उसने पुलिस शिकायत में कहा कि दोनों के बीच दिसंबर 2013 तक कई बार शारीरिक संबंध बने.

महिला ने आरोप लगाया कि फरवरी 2014 में उसने उसे नजरअंदाज करना शुरू कर दिया और उसके निचली जाति का होने की बात कहते हुए शादी के वादे से मुकर गया. न्यायमूर्ति सी वी भदांग ने कहा कि महिला ने पहली बार शारीरिक संबंध बनाने के बाद भी याचिकाकर्ता के साथ नकेवल संबंध कायम रखे बल्कि वह निजी कारणों एवं भावनाओं के चलते हलफनामा दर्ज कर शिकायत वापस लेने को भी राजी हो गई थी.

Day after 'sinking' threat, North Korea fires second ballistic missile over Japan

Tokyo: North Korea on Friday fired a ballistic missile over Japan for the second time within a span of a month. The missile flew over Japan`s northern Hokkaido far out into the Pacific Ocean, South Korean and Japanese officials said.

The move comes a day Pyongyang threatened that the four main Japanese islands "should be sunken into the sea" with its nuclear bomb and the United States to "ashes and darkness" for supporting a United Nations Security Council (UNSC) resolution imposing new sanctions against it for its September 3 nuclear test, its most powerful by far.

The unidentified missile, fired from near Pyongyang, reached an altitude of about 770 km (480 miles) and flew 3,700 km (2,300 miles), according to South Korea`s military - far enough to reach the US Pacific territory of Guam.

The UNSC will hold an emergency meeting on Friday concerning North Korea`s latest missile launch over Japan, the council presidency announced.

The United States and Japan requested the meeting, which will be held at 3 pm (1900 GMT), according to the Ethopian council presidency. The meeting will be closed-door, diplomats said.

Last month, North Korea fired a missile from a similar area near the capital Pyongyang that also flew over Hokkaido into the ocean.

Meanwhile, South Korea said it had fired a missile test into the sea to coincide with North Korea`s launch. The presidential Blue House has called an urgent National Security Council meeting. Japan also convened a National Security Council meeting.

Raymond founder Vijaypat Singhania hospitalised after chest pain

New Delhi: Raymond founder Vijaypat Singhania, who has been in the news after media flashed a story about how he has become broke and now lives in a rented house due to his son's apathy, was hospitalised after he complained of chest pain.

Vijaypat Singhania had moved the High Court alleging that his son Gautam Singhania is refusing to fully honour an arbitration award over a property dispute among the family members.

Raymond Ltd has not yet given him possession of a duplex in the multi-storey JK House building in south Mumbai as per the award, Vijaypat Singhania's petition said.

Vijaypat Singhania has alleged in his petition that Gautam was occupying greater area in the JK House than he was entitled to. He also said that Raymond failed to respond to his offers of payment to get possession of the duplex.

Thus, he was left with no choice but to approach the HC, Singhania senior said, seeking the court's direction restraining Raymond from creating any rights in JK House, and appointment of a court receiver to take possession of the duplex apartments.

4 राज्यों में चोटी कांड की दहशत, रातभर पहरा दे रहे हैं लोग

नई दिल्लीः दिल्ली और आसपास के राज्यों में चोटी काटने वाले गैंग की दहशत के बीच अफवाहों का बाजार भी गर्म है. वहीं यूपी के आगरा में एक बुजुर्ग विधवा महिला की लोगों ने पीट-पीटकर हत्या का मामला सामने आया है. दिल्ली, हरियाणा, उत्तर प्रदेश और राजस्थान में इस अफवाह के चलते लोग रात को जागकर चौकीदारी करने को मजबूर हो गए है. आगरा की घटना की बात करें तो यहां लोगों को शक था कि ये महिला ही लोगों की चोटी काटती है, कुछ ने इस महिला को चुडैल तक बताया. पुलिस ने इस मामले में दो लोगों के खिलाफ हत्या का मुकदमा दर्ज किया है.

हरियाणा (हिसार)

हरियाणा के हिसार से भी कल चोटी कटने की एक घटना सामने आई है, जिसके बाद हिसार के न्यू योगनगर के लोग डरे हुए हैं. न्यू योग नगर की रहने वाली कमला देवी सो रही थीं सुबह जगीं तो उनकी चोटी जमीन पर कटकर पड़ी थी.

राजस्थान (धौलपुर)

राजस्थान के धौलपुर में भी लोग चोटी कटने की घटना से परेशान हैं. लोगों ने बचने के लिए घर के बाहर लोगों ने टोना टोटका शुरू कर दिया है. यहां एक ही नहीं ऐसे दर्जनों घर दिखे जहां पर लोगों ने चोटी कटने से बचने के लिए टोना टोटका शुरू कर दिया है. गांव के लोगों ने दहशत से बचने के लिए या तो नीबू मिर्च लटका रखा है या फिर दीवार पर हल्दी के छाप लगा दिए हैं.
